We are Paola and Luigi, independent professionals, born and raised amidst the beauty and tranquility of Tuscan villages. The idea of La Cipressina was born from our own passion and vision.
We have always loved good food, simple and genuine things, gathering around abundant tables, nature, and travel… We have always immersed ourselves in different cultures from our own, thanks to our travels to various parts of the world and encounters with people from everywhere. For us, Tuscany has always been a canvas to assimilate and savor the flavors of our global explorations.
That’s why we decided to create, within our property, a corner of relaxation that can offer travelers an immersive and completely authentic Tuscan experience. La Cipressina isa a place where you can harmonize with the rhythm of nature while indulging in the wonders of nearby cities. If you are coming from the North:
Take A1 (Autostrada del Sole) > Exit Firenze Signa > Superstrada FI-PI-LI (Firenze-Pisa-Livorno) > Exit Empoli > Castelfiorentino > Certaldo > after 1 km in the direction of Gambassi Terme, on Viale della Repubblica SP64, turn right > Loc. Fogneto le Carrate and after 100 meters, take the first dirt road on the right. Continue for 200 meters and you will find La Cipressina.
If you are coming from the South:
Take A1 (Autostrada del Sole) > Exit Val di Chiana > (Siena-Bettolle) Siena > Superstrada (Siena-Firenze) > Exit Poggibonsi Nord > Certaldo > 1 km in the direction of Gambassi Terme, on Viale della Repubblica SP64, turn right > Loc. Fogneto le Carrate and after 100 meters, take the first dirt road on the right. Continue for 200 meters and you will find La Cipressina.
If you are coming from Pisa:
Take FI-PI-LI towards Firenze > Exit Empoli > Castelfiorentino > Certaldo > after 1 km in the direction of Gambassi Terme, on Viale della Repubblica SP64, turn right > Loc. Fogneto le Carrate and after 100 meters, take the first dirt road on the right. Continue for 200 meters and you will find La Cipressina.
